Celeste Jennings-Macaluso

Celeste Jennings-Macaluso has been in the bankruptcy industry for over 20 years. Beginning her career in real estate, Celeste learned the ins and outs of the industry from the creditor’s perspective. She expanded this expertise through her work as a court representative for a law firm representing creditors in 341(a) Meeting of Creditors hearings up and down California. This led to an entrepreneurial endeavor where she employed and led  a network of creditor representatives to appear on behalf of creditors at 341(a) hearings. Celeste’s clients included Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank, and many other high profile banks, corporations, and creditor law firms.

In 2002, Ms. Jennings-Macaluso began working for the Law Offices of Peter G. Macaluso representing debtor clients in bankruptcy. She found that helping people fight against the creditors she had been representing for years was far more rewarding. Celeste uses her vast inside knowledge gained from representing creditors to fight for those experiencing foreclosure, repossession, and credit debt from those same creditors. Watching people get that fresh start that they deserve in life and helping them to take control of their finances became her passion.
