Peter G. Macaluso

Pete Macaluso has practiced bankruptcy law in the greater Sacramento area for over 18 years. In that time he has filed over 4,000 bankruptcy cases with his primary focus being on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings. Additionally, Pete has experience in Chapter 12 bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation as well as juvenile and adult criminal defense work.

Outside of his legal work, Pete is a boxing coach at the Don Conley Boxing Club which is a non-profit organization that utilizes boxing as an alternative to gangs and crime, using a mentoring theory and safe environment. Pete also breeds and trains Cane Corso’s and often donates them to former combat veteran’s as companion animals.

As a former active duty member of the United States Marine Corps, Pete Macaluso is a passionate and aggressive attorney who will use every tool under the law to fight for your financial freedom.
